After getting them finlay in happy intell I take them out then my ear feels like it's been ripped off. There is not a small enough ear pad for my small ear

Keeps on stuttering. Does not maintain a good connection. Please save your money and avoid the galixy buds. Will complain to BBB to get money back.

A missed opportunity

I'm currently in my 2nd week, and 2nd update, of owning these. Pairing was simple and intuitive through the wear app. I love it's features but the touch pad can be a little bit hit or miss. Sound quality is decent, not audiophile quality. Highs are tinny and lows muddled but with the rights tips and a tight seal sound quality improves by leaps. In-call quality could
use some refinement as well as the ambient feature which works when it wants to. The biggest issue for me is the bluetooth stability or lack thereof. Since the recent updates which were supposed to address connection issues, I have not noticed any discernable
difference. Ocassionally but more often lately the sound cuts in and out, skips or distorts and I noticed sync issues when watching YouTube videos. Overall it has great features but the implementation is lacking.

received 2 pairs one for me and my husband and im sending them both back music works great but then starts to cut off and anytime w tried to have a conversation we could barely understand each other was horrible trying to carry a conversation. hard to hear each other. Returned

connection cuting when I have the phone on my jean

This work well 70% of the time... But I have cheaper ones that work 99% of the time. The galaxy buds cant be used when you have your phone on the jeans, since he connection start to cut which I feel is unacceptable for the price compaired with the cheap ones i had. I really want to lije them but it is what it is.

I was really nervous when it came to buying these because the bad reviews outnumber the gods reviews I found online. The noice is not good, bass is very weak, uncomfortable... blah blah blah. First of all, love the sound! Base is pretty good for the size and the buds come with a bunch of settings so you can adjust the plastic. Recommended 500% but once problem. These buds come with a tracking technology which is trash. The case needs top bfs open for you to even be able to track them nearby with bluetooth. I lost my first case and have no easy of opening the case to tracking them. Do it so you can turn them in while the case is closed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased the Galaxy Earbuds in July 2019 and I am truly blown away by how awesome these little Samsung marvels perform. So much thought and engineering have clearly gone into these.
From the snug yet comfortable fit to the amazing almost noise cancelling quality (yes my Sony over ear NC earphones perform better but these are close!) to the quality bass with no distortion even down to the charging pillowcase, everything is so on point! Pairing with my S10 was a breeze!
A 10/10 from me, definitely worth the money! Would highly recommend!
