A lot better than I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually dislike ear buds, but these are great! They're very comfortable, and you hardly feel them in your ears. They're a perfect fit, so they don't fall out. I was worried about losing them since there isn't a cord attached, but there is a convenient locator in the Galaxy buds app. There's also an ambient sound setting that allows you to hear what's around you since they are noise cancelling. Each bud has a touch pad that allows you to pause/skip song/previous song/etc. My only gripe is the touch pads are sensitive, so you can accidentally push it if you're not careful. It's not a negative though, as you get use to it. There's also a setting to lock the touchpad so you won't. I use these for sleeping and ASMR mostly, and I have to say they're the most comfortable I've tried so far. (I'm a side sleeper) I highly recommend them to anyone interested.

Perfect for music, insufficient for calling

These buds are great for listening to music, podcasts, videos, etc. Very convenient to not be attached to your phone, you can walk away for quite some distance without disconnection. However, I have not been able to successfully use these buds to talk on the phone. Usually the person on the other end cannot hear clearly. This has been tested on regular mobile service, google calling, etc. same results regardless of what method I've used to make calls.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the black Samsung Galaxy Buds around the time it was released. These Buds seemed great in video reviews, and they were. The Buds are very easy to use, they are fast at connecting with my phone, and the sound quality is one of the best on the market. The charging is also quick and easy. This is a product I would recommend to my friends and everyone I know.

Fits in ear perfectly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In reviewing the new Samsung buds I found that they fit in the ear perfectly. You can run, bike and lift weights and they wont budge. The case doubles as a charging station which is neat and convenient. I typically get 6 hours of play with these befo6they require charging. You can pause music by tapping them although I haven't figured out if you can transfer a call via earbuds or not. I prefer these over the competitors version because they are much more comfortable.

Bought these months ago and no one can hear me clear when making phone calls. Other than that every other feature is geat.cost toooo much not to be able to make a phonecall and be heard clearly

I do roofing and get jarred around alot and the ear buds stay tight in ear and they are so light you can hardly tell they are there except for the great sounds they produce.

Poor connectivity between buds

The sound quality is fine. The pairing to the phone is easy to do. The main issues is that it is difficult to get the buds to pair to each other to enable the ambient noise feature. Taking the buds out of the case and placing them in your ears individually does not ensure that they connect.
Also, the ambient feature is not that great.
Coming from Jabra Elite earbuds, these are a huge disappointment.

I dropped them once

I bought this about 2 months ago the first month I was really happy I dropped them once but nothing really happened, but a month later from dropping them the left earbud is lower In audio than the right so I'm really confused and I cant find help.
