LOVE THEM!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a gift for getting the new galaxy 10+, and i love them.I just open the box and they work immediately. No fuss no muss just pop them in and go. Ambient sound is a great feature!! can where them and hear whats going on around you or at in the back of my car, when people are talking to you.

Stopped working after 5 months

There was connectivity issue first. It stops every an hour or so.
And then 5 months later, right side stopped working. It doesn't charge, and Galaxy app shows an error message.

What a Great Surprise!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Buds are a pleasant surprise and improves on the previous-generation Icon X in many ways. Tuned by AKG, these Galaxy Buds are long-lasting and well balanced. I was able to get close to 6 hours of play time before recharging. The carrying case has the ability to quickly recharge the earphones and was very convenient to carry. Wireless charging is a big plus for this case as well. To my delight, the sound was evenly balanced without too much bass or treble. Although, there is an app available if you do want to make sound adjustments. The buds are pretty forgettable when inserted in your ear. Meaning that the weight is not an issue. Built-in gesture controls were super convenient in controlling my music without needing to reach for my phone. Thankfully, there are a myriad of included bud and positioning tip sizes for every ear type. I was able to mix-and-match my tips until I found one that was comfortable for me. My favorite feature of this wireless earphone was the ambient sound mode, which allowed me to listen into what’s going on around me while listening to my music privately. Great for those open office situations or if you’re walking in public. And when I get a phone call while I’m listening to music, the person on the other side could hear me loud and clear with the embedded microphones. Overall, the Samsung Galaxy Buds blew away my expectations for wireless earphones and I highly recommend it.

I just got these yesterday and I already love them I had in all night and my phone was still playing videos and they were at like 50% just wow. But I recommend buying these if you can.

The Perfect Fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using bluetooth ear buds for over 5 years. I have shelled out collectively close to $1,000 and tried all the major brands. While my overall experience has been pretty positive, my individual experience with each has been a combination of highs and lows. That is until I tried the Samsung Galaxy Buds. On paper, the features for these things looked pretty amazing - 6 hour playtime with an additional 7 hours stored in the case, wireless charging, automatic pairing when the case is opened, touch controls, I mean, what's not to like? Then I actually put them in my ears and started my workout. This was going to be the real test. When using earbuds, the single most important feature is the fit, because if the bud doesn't conform to your ear properly and create a tight seal, the sound will be washed and the base nonexistent. The way the buds came out of the package did not form that seal for me, but the additional tips and ear stabilizers gave me more options. After switching out the stock setup, I was pleased to find that I was able to achieve that seal, and let me tell you, the sound is impressive. I'm fairly certain the base was the best I've experienced of any buds I've owned. As far as my workout went, the Galaxy Buds didn't move a millimeter. Not when I was rowing, not when I was deadlifting, and not when I was slamming battle ropes. I can't honestly say I've successfully put any other bud through my workout routine without getting at least some movement, which ultimately broke the seal and ruined the sound. I think the Galaxy Buds passed this test for two reasons. First, the stabilizers keep the outer part of the bud firmly in place, and don't allow any space for them to move. Second, the bud itself is almost flush with the ear, so there isn't much projecting outward to create the leverage needed for wobble. Another awesome feature is the ambient sound option. When ambient sound is turned on, you can actually hear the outside world in addition to your music. It's actually quite mind boggling when you use it. I'm assuming it uses the mic that picks up your voice during phone calls to receive external sound and pipe it through the buds with your music. I'm so happy with the performance of the Samsung Galaxy Buds that I keep an additional pair charged in my car to wear when I work.

Only one ear works...

after a few weeks became glithcy and then just stopped working in one ear - no amount of reconnecting/unpairing will make it work (tried multiple cases)... not of the quality one expects from Samsung

I had a chance to try these for an hour at the Samsung unpacked event. Amazing audio quality and very neat software features. Works with any Bluetooth comparable smartphone. Highly recommend. They look stylish too
