Great Earbuds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure what to expect when receiving my Galaxy Buds but I was very surprised. Getting them hooked up to my phone was simple and very quickly I was up and running. These buds produce a great sound and have a very good feel in your ear. They don't feel like they are going to come loose or fall out. I like the Ambient sound mode. It doesn't always pick up voices but does allow you to be able to listen to the world around you and still hear your music. The microphones work well, i only had one instance where I think it was more of a bad connection rather than the buds. Overall i have been very satisfied with the Galaxy Buds and would recommend them to anyone looking for wireless ear buds. My only problem is with the touch button options I end up pausing my music when adjusting the Buds. While you can customize one of the options for the button on the buds there isn't more options to change the application.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second round with purchasing these galaxy buds and all I have to say is that good job Samsung. The have listened to everything everyone has been saying and made a better product. The buds are smaller and don’t stick out as much. The holder is smaller and is more compact. The fit is a lot better and is a bit more snug which is great but they still have to work on quality and ease of use and connection. Other products have a simple, easy, and fast setup.
Great job Samsung and I can’t wait to see what’s next!

Good for Music Bad for calls

Purchased and returned with-in a week. Great for listening to music. Just horrible for phone calls. Every phone call i made the other party had a terrible time hearing me. Said i was far, sounded muffled etc. Hard to have private and discrete conversations. There were moments 1 side would just disconnect and would need to be put into case to reconnect even with 95% battery. Just very disappointed for something i was so anticipated to get! Next time Samsung

Not bad, but not great.

I recently purchased Galaxy Buds from at&t and well, they are not that good. Not worth the price at all! At full volume they barley play, now granted I'm used to louder headphones, but they are very quiet. I'll go to turn up my music because I cant hear it to be greeted by the fact that it's at full volume. The only reason I will continue using them is because the bluetooth is so much easier than my old headphones. And the fact that they are non refundable

Lost them in the case and no way to find them...

Honestly they're great, unless you lose them in the charging case. There's now way to use your phone to help you locate them because they're disconnected from your phone... this is a major design issue.

Overall good, but terrible range

I'm using these on a Note 8. These are my first pair of truly wireless headphones, so I will compare them to "wireless" earbuds that have a wire connecting the buds.
They are very comfortable, you hardly notice they are in. Battery life seems good, but I can't comment too much as I charge them wirelessly most nights. Sound is pretty good, although I wish there was more customization options. Touch controls are also pretty handy, but sometimes annoying when trying to adjust the buds.
Now for the ugly. The Bluetooth range of these is abysmal. If I have my phone in my back pocket, the music will skip and cut out. If I move more than 5 feet away, audio will skip and cut out. Having to keep your phone on the front of your body, super close to you kind of defeats the purpose of truly wireless headphones. Other headphones I own have a range at least 5 or 6 times the distance of these buds. Maybe it's because of the size of the buds. I will either keep them for certain use or try to exchange. These are almost perfect of the range was good, but they failed on arguably the most important part.

I brought these 5 days ago, I was really excited because I am a big Samsung fan. But since I have had these ear buds I have experienced nothing but trouble, my right ear bud won't charge, it keeps going in and out and it statics. I am really disappointed I had such high hopes. I guess I will return them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First had to wait months for back ordered Galaxy Buds. Now, they only produce static when they are on and connect. This is disappointing.
