Quality sound with lots of cool features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this was just abother Bluetooth ear buds, until I started exploring. After I paired the buds to my galaxy s10, it opened up tons of features. There are several smart options, like single touch for play or pause, double touch, triple touch and press&hold. I am really loving it. Sound quality is amazing. And the range of these buds are pretty awesome. Bluetooth connection is very strong, I did not have any signal drops until now. I love that I can accept phone call with a tap, and hang up the call with another tap. Battery life is very good. And the addon battery on the case is pretty awesome.
Bottom line is Galaxy Buds are very comfortable, amazing sound, and tons of great features.
I would recommend the galaxy buds to friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned and tested the galaxy buds for about 3 weeks now and I love them! I've previously owned the jaybird x2's and jaybird freedom but these are my go-to headphones for working out! They fit well and dont fall out of the ear even during sternousexercises. They include different sizes of ear tips to ensure a proper fit for most ears. Connectivity was simple! If you have a newer samsung phone, all you need to do is flip the lid open to the galaxy bud case and the phone detects them itself and asks if youd like to connect. If you have an Apple phone, you have to go in to your settings and manually pair the ear buds after opening the case. The best part is, you can choose to use only 1 earbud at a time! The sound quality is good after being tweaked using Samsung's equalizer. So far, I haven't needed to charge my buds as the case charges them back to 100% everytime I put them in. All in all I think these are a step above the icon X buds.

Awesome features and battery life

The new Galaxy Buds from Samsung look really cool and have amazing battery life. Pairing was nearly effortless once I had the Galaxy Wearable app and range is really impressive too. I think these earbuds would work awesome for the majority of people and I think they'll be my new primary earbuds because of the ambient noise feature. The only downsides to these are that the earbuds don't always detect that they're both in your ears and the sound could be better. It's a lot quieter than some of my other wireless earbuds.

Love it, bugs and all

Using galaxy buds on my Galaxy s9. Had these delivered about a month ago, April, maybe late March, and overall have had a great experience with them. I'm no audiophile but the sound quality is, I think, better than many bluetooth earbuds out there. Fit great in my ears and for the most part are pretty inconspicuous. Ambient sound is spotty if you're in a loud environment, but how much can you ask? Run into some issues quite often with streaming podcasts (streaming through data). I'll listen for several hours everyday and will hear a pop and distortion every couple of minutes. Doesnt happen with music, downloaded or streamed. Doesnt happen while watching anything on YouTube either. Ran into an issue recently where the left bud started buzzing and only the right bud was still playing audio. Put both buds back in the charger for a minute and the left bud returned to normal.
Will change review if bugs are fixed. Would still recommend Galaxy buds considering their relatively cheap price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try these since I was supposed to get them when I preordered my s10, but they ran out. I received these and when I opened them I was slightly shocked that there were no instructions included in the box. I charged them which was pretty easy to figure how to do. I'm not super tech savvy. Next I needed to figure out how to pair them. Luckily as soon as I opened them my phone sensed them and dinged. I didn't even have to Google! Sweet! Sound is great and they're working well. Awesome!

Good Ear Buds.. BUT!!!

I have found that the ear buds sound great when listening. But lately the downside of the buds have been sub par. When talking to others on the phone using the buds mic, most people I talk to are saying that they cannot hear me. This mostly happens when i am in a public or noisy space like at a grocery store, or mall. In Quiet areas, i don't get that complaint as much. In The app, there needs to be a function test area for self troubleshooting (ie. Left, Right, mic, single ear use, etc). The quality of sound is great, but using these as a hands free, so far has disappointed, I hope that this can be fixed with a firmware update.

So happy with my new Galaxy buds! My only gripe is minor as in general these type buds suck at open loud place phone conversations.
