My first ever true wireless headphones!!!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these headphones. I have had them for a while now. And for my first pair of true wireless headphones, i probably wont change for a very long time. They do everything that i want them to do and more. They fit so snug in my ear, it's very easy to forget they are even there. I use them at night sometimes when i want to listen to white noise sounds, and they don't fall out at all! SO comfortable. The music sounds amazing. Rich quality of sound and with the app that you pair it too, you can customize your experience. The audio quality on calls as well should be noted as amazing. Sounds just like just a normal phone call but better. It has great noise cancelling so you can focus on your music and calls without any kind of distraction unless you want to hear whats going on around you, then you just turn on ambient mode. The battery life is great. I hardly ever have to give it a charge. And when i do the case is always ready to bring me back to life and the case it self holds a decent little charge. Overall, i am very happy with what i got. Its amazing and i recommend these headphones to anyone looking to step into the wireless space.

The Bluetooth Connection is Spotty

I like that these earphones have good sound. I like that these link with my s10 automatically when I open the case. I love the touch pads and there's no lag in video and I LOVE that I can use each earphone independently but the one thing that really bugs me about these earphones is the bluetooth connection. It get SO spotty whenever I step outside and have my phone in ANY pocket. I have tried turning off notifications for my music app and I always check to make sure my software is up to date but nah. Its really disappointing but I'm settling for these cause I haven't found another pair of wireless earphones that play sound on each side independently. So keep that in mind if you're thinking about buying these.

2week of use. Although the fit is perfect, the sound is up or quality. There is nobody to the base, and they do not get loud it all. The sound from microphone that the listener gets oh, sounds like you are 10 miles away from the microphone.

I bought these a month ago. While your working out it cuts in and out. While your phone on you. Also if you leave your phone to charge you cant walk off no more then 10 feet without it disconnecting. Not very comfortable for long time use ears start to hurt even when you change size. Sound not as clear and as loud as AKG regular ear buds or Jvc wireless ear buds. Sometimes dont answer when tapped.

the battery life was not as it says, all this technology and you cant even turn down the volume without grabbing you're phone and physically do it. the ambient sound shortcut never work. the design was flawed, tried all the sizes that it comes with and nothing felt comfortable in my ears. would not recommend this product to my enemies.

I love the noise cancellation and The sound quality is okay. I’m actually super disappointed with this purchase. 3 weeks into having them they started glitching, i contacted customer support and they told me to “reset” them. Which was a joke of a process, basically putting them in and out of the case!!
Now they randomly don’t play sound or the left one tends to go out. Price is not worth it if they’re going to break within a month.
