The volume is terrible low.

If you ever had quality earbuds, before this is not it. I'm a music junkie; therefore I was so excited to buys these. I legit am heart broken. They suck. They are so low in sound. When I saw it was made by the same company that makes the earphones that come with when you buy a Samsung phone I was totally for it ,because they are pretty good. You can get a pair of dollar store earphones and they will be louder than this. Highly likely to return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the features of these headphones, however friends and family are having a hard time hearing me. Some say it's too loud, some say I sound far away, some say they hear a noise that I can't hear and some say I sound muffle. I love the discreetness of the headphones. But what is the use of having these headphones if no one can hear me?!.

Great earbuds made by a great company

These are by far the best true wireless earbuds that I have ever owned. What makes them even better is I received them for free when I pre ordered and purchased my Samsung S10 plus I highly recommend these to everybody whether you use them for working out as I do or for just listening to music etc while working, relaxing, or traveling. Just another great product made by a great company !!!
