Sound Quality good, Sound volume Bad...

The sound quality (clarity and what I can hear of the acoustics) is good, and better than most Bluetooth audio devices. The amount of volume you will get is disappointing. If you have normal commute or gym background noise while using these, I find these have to be pushed the highest level of volume to be audible, and still does not drown out the sounds. These are best used in very quiet areas which is rarely when I want to use them. To overcome, I use another manufacturers much .. much cheaper product, and suffer with some audio quality loss, but with adequate listening volume.

Best Bluetooth out there

Just got mine free for buying the Samsung s10 and I'd easily pay $130 for these as they have great sound and comfort. If you have not gotten into bluetooth this is the route to go.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not enough volume!!! Disappointing. Needs more bass for a rich music experience.

Sounds quality is poor with iPhone

I'm writing this review for anyone who is thinking of using these headphones with an iPhone. Airpods don't fit in my ears so I needed an alternative. I read that Galaxy buds will work with an iPhone, although you will miss out on some features like Ambient Noise mode, but I was fine with that. I also own a Pixel for work so I knew I could always update the Galaxy buds using that phone.
In general, the headphones are fine. No connectivity issues, they fit well, everything seems to be in working order. Connected to my Pixel, listened to some music, played around with the equalizer in the galaxy bud app, the sound was good for wireless earbuds. Then I connect to my iPhone and start listening to Spotify. The sound was awful. Super loud, tinny treble, a constant static-y sound in the background, awful sound mixing. I tried playing around with the equalizer in Spotify and that improved things a bit, but it was still far worse than when listening on an Android device, even without any changes to the headphone's equalizer. Obviously whatever audio drivers are installed on the headphones don't work with apple products. I will be returning these if I can.
