Great design, but battery only last 6hrs

Missing the main feature and that is the ability to change the volume from the earbuds itself without having the app instaled.
I have tested it with 6 devices new and old (phone and tablet).
Also the worst part is the battery only lasts a total of 6hrs using bluetooth music streaming, with all features turned off including ambient sound.

I am very disappointed with these buds. This is my second pair that I tried, and now I'm just convince they are a waste of money. Galaxy really did a poor job with these.

I have had the Galaxy s10+ for a week now and I just feel in love with this device. The camera cut out is actually nice to have it brings a more personalized experience to the phone. You can do so much on this phone and I promise you will fall in love with it like I have.

Thank you Samsung for the incredible design. I absolutely love how my ear buds propel 5ft+out of the charging case any time they are dropped from a 2 ft surface! Because of this I get to experience find the ear buds on the grass, find the earbuds in a dark parking lot, and have now had the pleasure of losing the second pair, both pairs lost in just 2 months! You are welcome for my money, i will not be buying these a third time. Awful design.

Uncomfortable after several minutes. Microphone is awful. Charger case is small and there is no way to secure it. Easy to lose or misplace. No other way to charge other than the case. If you do lose the case it cannot be replaced and the buds will be useless. Do not waste your money.

I've had these for 3 days and so far; the left touch pad does not work, I cannot turn on ambient sound in the settings, and come to find out that these cannot be paired to two phones at the same time. Also, it took 3 weeks to receive these after ordering. I'm a big promoter of Samsung, but these buds have been a huge dissapointment.

this product is so bad I dont even know where to begin! the fit is horrendous. the base of the buds dont even come close to fitting in the curve of the ear and before you say anything yes I have tried all the tips and wings in every permutation and no it doesn't help. the sensor on them cut in and out so you just hear the little sound of them connecting the whole time that is if you can hear any at all. I have to clean and change out the screen about twice a week to get anything louder than a whisper out of the right bud. the app and available functions are just as weak. Dont get me wrong I like that I can store music on them however, maybe allow spotify to install on them like my gear fit. the readouts and touch sensor are awful you can't get the volume to go up without starting, stopping, or skipping the track half a dozen times. I can't Express how infuriated I am with this product!!!!

I have a note 8 and the buds wouldn't pair. I have several Samsung products and this was the only time I've ever had an issue pairing any of their devices.
