People can't understand me on calls

I thought Samsung had a product compatible with the airpods but no. Music sounds ok but my beats sound better.

Case opens to easy

Had them for one month they worked great. Until this morning i was getting out of my car and i dropped them the case flew open and went right down a sewer. it would be nice if the case clipped shut. other than that they were great. its a sad day

I decided to take the plunge into the realm of smartwatches and wireless buds. The buds paired seamlessly with my Note 9 and Active Watch 2. The inner piece is too big for my ears so it hurts and has made the inside of my ear feel raw. I took the silicon off and tried to wear the buds that way. Finally they fit but would fall out of my ear. No one could hear me talk through the buds and that was very disappointing. Lastly, it was a bit confusing which bud to click to answer/end calls, volumn control and to stop/start music. This was due to me constantly trying to change settings so people could hear me once I answered calls. I really wanted this to work. Sound was incredible and having them in all day really improved communication. Nonetheless, they are both lost at this point. I hope the next model has a smaller inner piece and technology that improves the ability for people to hear you once a call is answered!!!

I got these earbuds a couple of months ago. The sound quality is good when listening to music or audiobooks, but for calls they are utterly horrible! Connection would drop from time to time and the call would switch from earbuds to phone. Yes, while the earbuds are staying tight in my ears and the phone is in my pocket. The other major issue is some kind of noise during calls. Hearing a set of tones from time to time, both me and the person that I am talking to.
I see that updates are pretty regular, so i am hopeful that this can and will be fixed, but so far... Not worth buying.

This things suck

Ear buds are not good at all no can understand me when used on a phone call and as soon as I take them off they hear me just fine. I also have a problem where they connect and disconnect all the time making it very annoying to use for music or videos. Sound quality is good when they work and they stay in very well is just those other problems that Samsung really needs to fix.

I got these for free when I pre-ordered my S10+. I was so excited when I opened them. The case is small and supports wireless charging. The buds are great looking, small, and pretty comfortable in my ear. 1 tap to pause, 2 taps to skip, 3 to go back a track, etc. Zero connectivity issues, they were perfect... until I played some music. I'll be honest, I've had Bose wireless headphones for 2 years now and I'm spoiled by their sound quality. The buds just don't sound good to me at all, and they're not very loud. I went for a run, and after 40 minutes, I couldn't wait to take them off. Sorry Samsung, I LOVE my S10+, just not the Buds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited when i saw this, good quality until i hear to volume... i tried all the setting but unable to increasing volume!!! it is too low i can't hear properly....is there any update or setting required to increase volume! ill not shy to give 5star i get some up volume
