great wireless ear buds

these buds are a great wireless option for ear buds. the audio quality is great for being bluetooth buds and the base is avrage. the only thing i do not like about this is that metalic dirt gets stuck where the magnets in the case are and get ground in to the case when you close it

They work amazingly but have a bottleneck

The buds themselves work great, have long lasting life for the size and come with different flaps to fit the ear snug. The case itself provides a longer lifespan and is a nice way to keep the buds safe and provides easy sync. THERE lies the issue. The ear buds are USELESS without the case. Want to charge it? You NEED the case. I quickly realized that they do NOT offer the cases to be sold separately. My case got stolen recently and am now unable to charge my buds because there is no alternative to charging them. I tried looking online for a case, either genuine or from a third party manufacturer but to no avail. Until they can provide an alternative to charge or offer the case for sell, I believe it's a 1 star product.

Too big for my ears, kinda painful

I'm using the smallest bud covers, but dayum, my ears hurt. They are awkward and the bulky part just don't quite fit. That's my only complaint. If I can't wear them comfortably, it's hard to judge everything else, although I will say once I pause playback, it's almost impossible to restart. I usually have to just open my phone and push play. grr

Got these for mothers day. No one can hear what I am saying. Everyone says the sound is muffled. I am so sad about this.

Worse earbuds and horrible customer service

I've been unhappy with Samsung products, even more unhappy with the the case management. I first bought the gear icon x but it wasnt working correctly after a few months it would disconnect from my galaxy watch n my note 9. So I called Samsung to get a replacement but I had to wait 3 months for my new galaxy buds when they told me I would get my replacement in 2 weeks. When I received my new buds they were doing the same thing my icon x were going. So I called Samsung once again and told them I wanted my full refund and now they are telling me I have to wait 2 weeks for a full refund and I am so done with Samsung. They also sent me a check for $50 but when they sent me the check they sent me a check that wasnt mine. The case management are the worse people to talk to when it comes to replacing anything.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'll be returning my earbuds TODAY and go back to my apple earbuds. Sound quality is horrible and they wouldn't stay in my ear. i purchase them because i have the samsung phone and watch. I will like all my devices to be the same but this is by far the worse.

Disapointing!!!!!

When I bought this when Samsung started selling them a while ago, I thought I could use them for every occasion. I have a Note 8 and they pair perfectly but I cannot use them for calls. The caller on the other end keeps complaining about tapping noises, so I cannot use them. I cannot use them to play on my phone since there is a delay on the sound. Battery is ok and sound is not that loud. On top of that last week I forgot I had them on my pocket and fell onto a pool. The buds survived but the case did not. Samsung does not sells not replaces the case, really?? What happens if you loose the case? Luckily I travelled to Cuba and a technician there could save my buds case. Overall I do not use them anymore. I would not recommend them.
