I am so glad and happy that I found this! it is so easy to use, and perfect for my new galaxy s10. I used to use iPhoneX and so glad that I moved back to Galaxy phone. this galaxy bud is perfect for my new phone. I love the size, the fit, the sound and the connection to the phone.

Love these buds, battery lasts long, they don't fall off my ears like many other headphones I have used, the quality of sound is amazing, connectivity is fast, no issues.. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Excellent battery life with 6 hours plus another 7
Size is perfect for even the smallest ears
Easy accessibility (open and tap to begin
playback without opening phone!!)
Sleek design and easy to hide while on at work.
Will pause playback if right earpiece is removed
with both in and will pause in left only if its alone.
Charges extremely fast on wireless pad and in

Is it worth the price? IMHO YES! The updates have fixed almost all of the cons and will continue fixing issues as transparent as possible.

I bought 2 , one for my wife and for myself. It literally is the smallest , most hidden , sleek, comfortable headphones I've ever owned. Works wonderfully! Great price and haven't had any problems. My wife has an iPhone and prefers them over any other headphones I've gotten her. Samsung always comes in clutch for me!

I recently received my ear buds with my new phone. I cant tell you what I love more!!!! Only wish they had my buds in flamingo pink like my phone and I didn't have to wait 3 months for everything!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these about a month ago, and used them on a trip, I had a friend say "oh Samsung earbuds, they must be good cause Samsung knows what they're doing when it comes to sound products" WRONG! These are horrible, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them a couple times hoping I just had a bad connection or something but they just do not work well. When I have it at max volume I can hardly hear anything! Music is a little easier to hear, certainly not loud enough to hear while doing anything, but anything with talking is impossible to understand. I was so looking forward to having these but it's seriously such a disappointment. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because they are actually very comfortable and I like the touch sensitivity so there is potential, but when you buy head phones you really want them to be useful and you want the sound quality to be top quality, especially from a name brand like Samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Volume is too low and poor bass

The volume level is too low and there's no bass.
volume and sound quality are important on any earphones/headphones. otherwise what's the point?
did all the trouble shooting recommended (samsung support groups, youtube and reddit) and only improved slightly. still too low.
samsung tchat tech support was useless.
ok when in a quiet place, but not for outdoors or the gym where there's a lot of
other noise.
i've used other wireless bluetooth earphones and the volume and bass are much better than these.
other than that they fit great, don't fall out and are comfortable.
great design and case.
very disappointed.
i have a note 8 if that helps.

Great Earbuds

I absolutely love these earbuds!! They are easy to use, and comfortable in my ears. I hardly notice they are in there. The sound is fantastic too!! Right out of the box they are just awesome!!
