These do not work well for phone calls compared to the Plantronics 5220, and as far as music goes, they are only OK, they do not compare to the Bose Soundsport.

I bought these today and I must say I'm disappointed, same quality as the headphones that came with my note 9. Will be returning ASAP they are not worth the price.....

Despite what all of the reviews are saying that they aren't the highest quality audio I beg to differ. I'm not an extreme audiophile but these are amazing for everyday use. They're extremely lightweight and small and they cancel out noise really well. I've had to turn on ambient noise so that I can hear if someone is trying to talk to me. If you're just looking for everyday headphones that just WORK, these are for you.

Right Ear Bud Does Not Charge

The fit is perfect and I definitely do not have to worry about it falling out. My issue is the right ear bud is not charging. Noticed it after the initial charge where the left was at 100% and the right was at 75%. Since it is not charged it is not connecting to the device of course. Tried unpairing and other troubleshooting but nothing worked. I will be returning these but I will definitely be getting another pair.

These earbuds had at least a second of delay

When playing PUBG or Call of Duty Mobile, there was a second of delay. It didn't support other codecs such as aptx which have almost no delay when playing. Videos and music had also a short delay. Only on certain apps such as youtube, was it working without delay. The feature of being able to hear ambient sound was good, the fit was excellent. The part of the delay was the dealbreaker for which I sold it the next day.

Great earbuds

I haven't run with earbuds in a long time because they always fall out but, after running in these, they stay in very well. I want to see how well they will stay in when running in hot weather. They are fantastic earbuds. My only feedback for these is to add a customizable app for IOS users. I tested the functionality with the Android software and the features are superb. Please add an IOS app as Samsung will bring more customers on board.

Very good look and feel. Sound is good with music but when on a call the sound is lower. Will not let me raise volume which is why I only gave 4 stars. Maybe in update this will change. Using Pixel 2XL
