Samsung Galaxy Buds

I bought this product on )8/16/2019 receive them on 08/21/2019. Worked well for a week, everyone keep asking me what is wrong with my Buds they can't hear me very well. A loud interfering noise.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Most convenient and performing ear buds

I am always on the run and have to take calls in a lot of different environments (work, yardwork, skyways, etc.). I also like to listed to music and the ability that the buds have to pause music and allow a call to come through by just tapping it is awesome! The sound is great and the convenience of having a charging case can't be denied. Nothing is worse that dead ear buds. It's a special bonus that the case can be wirelessly charged off by Samsung monitor :-). Battery life has been good and I love the notifications to warn me as they are getting close to losing battery power. My previous earbuds would just shut off.
The only thing I have to be careful of is losing them. They are small and could be very easily lost. The connection with the App is great to tweak the sound profile.

I was excited to purchase these head phones 6 months ago.... Well, whenever I try to use the headphones to talk people can't understand me and say I sound muffled. I have to continue to repeat myself or just take the call off the earpiece all together. I love Samsung and own just about everything they make from TV's, to phones, refrigerators, stove and microwave, but, this earpiece was my worse purchase ever from them.

Issue with all Samsung buds products

So, over the past 3 years of using samsung buds products. Gear Icon x, samsung buds, and samsung buds plus. I've encountered the same issue with their use over time. This issue is that after a period of 2 to 3 months the main speaker doesn't work in either side of the buds an then the other goes out a few weeks later after use. This issue makes the volume sound muffled, extremely quiet, and dampened and honestly painful to listen too. Even at max volume it's like hearing whispers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After 4-5 month

it is crazy that we pay that much money to get this, and it starts breaking down. it started screeching and battery life is out in 30 minutes. i contacted samsung multiple times and has not received a response and bought another one, warranty now expired after 6 months of waiting and they tell to fix it it would be 90 dollars
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've owned all the generations of the wireless earbuds Samsung has had to offer. These by far have been the best. No loss of connection like previous models and great sound.

Bluetooth is TERRIBLE on them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank goodness I got them for free. Everything about them seems to work great. They're my first wireless earbuds and I have loved them! The problem? If I have them in my ears, and I either put my Galaxy s10 in my pocket, or even just hold it and lower my arm to my side, the audio cuts out, glitches, and I have even had it where one bud was playing the audio 1 second ahead of the other. Is this a defect? Or do others have terrible bluetooth connection issues too?
