Amazing earbuds

I have had airpods before and i noticed after a certain time period they started to hurt my ears i have had my new galaxy buds for aprox 4 days now and they are amazing the sound is good the feel is so comfortable even for long periods of time and the ambient sound is actually decent the only thing i would suggest to samsung is have the cases power be in the app too that way ik what the charge is without guessing through the light but other than that amazing product would buy 300x over

Super Happy With These

I was so excited to buy these and for the price compared to similar products, these are worth it. First off, the packaging and charging/carrying case is sleek and compact, set up on my Samsung Galaxy S8 took about 30secs. After finding the right fit of the wings and the ear pieces, it creates a snug seal that even when I jumped up and down, never even hinted at coming out. That seal also helps with sound quality a LOT! I've been reading some reviews about quality and as a picky audiophile demanding a balanced sound with clear vocals and a solid bass, these sound solid if you're patient enough to adjust some settings. I tweaked some settings on the Galaxy Wearable app of the Buds and on my phone, finding the right balance of sound that sounds awesome. The ambient sound option is a neat feature, however at first I didn't even notice a difference. I realized it was subtle and I wouldn't recommend holding a full convo with these in your ears and listening to music at the same time, but it's sufficient for what I would use it for. Neat concept to somewhat help you maintain awareness of your surroundings. Test it out while listening to TV for example, you can hear the difference. One thing I do wish is that I wish you could customize all the touch pad options instead of just one. This is certainly not a deal breaker, but it would be nice to give users complete customization. I also discovered with the touchpad that you must do concise and clear taps in order for them to work. You can't do them too fast or too slow, but once you figure out how they work, it's a super convenient feature. I've also read about shotty calls and I just made 2 calls to medical offices and they seemed to have no problem hearing me. The issues with call quality most likely has to do with one's mobile connection.
Overall, super happy and excited to use the heck out of these! I LOVE being totally wire-free and the convenience and comfort of these. I would recommend users take a few extra minutes to adjust the right size and sound settings before making any final decisions or totally writing these off. Very happy with these!

The earpieces were a snug seal that even when I jumped up and down, never even move to come out. That seal also helps with the sound quality a lot. I did have to tweak the settings on the Buds app on my phone to find the right balance of sound. The sound it'self is great. The balanced sound had clear vocals and solid bass, I like the concept that you can maintain awareness of your surroundings. I tested it out while listening to TV, for example, you can hear the difference. I also like that I can answer calls I tested by making a few business calls to my client's offices and they seemed to have no problem hearing me. I could hear them clearly Overall, I am very happy and excited to use these! I LOVE being totally wire-free and the convenience and comfort of these. I do recommend these and I also would recommend as a user take a few extra minutes to adjust the right size and sound settings before making any final decisions or totally writing these off. I am overjoyed with these!!!

I bought these over 3 months ago and I am a huge Samsung supporter however this is the worst thing I have ever bought from them. For music/podcasts they are great but if you actually want to talk to someone on the phone these are horrible. No one can hear me. No matter what I do to the settings on my phone or the galaxy buds it doesn't help. They hearnothing but background noise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good for music... bad for phone calls

I got these with my new Samsung S10+... The sound quality for music on the earbuds is good... and although it is better than the Apple Airpods, it's not as good as the Bose Soundsport Wireless that I also have. The big issue I have however is that they're terrible for phone calls. Most of the times when I try to use them for calls, I get lots of dropouts and the people on the other end of the call can't hear me. Both the Apple Airpods and Bose Soundsport Wireless work flawlessly for phone calls... so the issue here is with the Galaxy Buds. For these to be useful to me at all, they have to work for phone calls without dropouts.

Great sound but choppy connection

I have just got the Galaxy Buds (birthday Gift) in black and they look great, feel great, and sound great. They Fit great into the ear and are extremely comfortable. I wore them to play golf and they were great. The sound is incredible great bass. The ambient sound feature and the equalizer easy to adjust through the app. My only issue is that the connection gets choppy when I walk around NYC I put my note 8 in my pocket and they become choppy and there is a lot of static. Great for the gym.
