Very bad call quality

i was really hoping these buds would be of better quality. i am an avid samsung consumer over and over. samsung tv, cell phone, speakers, etc... but i am considering switching to a different brand for audio products.
the call quality with the buds is absolutely bad. i constantly get told that the other person cannot hear me well. it either sounds muffled, it gets interrupted, etc...
this has been a few months already, so it's not phone signal.
i would not recommend these buds based on my experience if you are using them for making calls.

Excellent Wireless Earbuds.

These are an awesome alternative to the apple airpods, and much cheaper at the same time. They are extremely customizable, and have great bass. Only complain is the range with non Samsung devices.

They stay in while running, sound great, and are easy to control. Much better than the airpods which are too expensive and fall out all the time.

There great product easy to use battery life great but I got a defective buds. The left bud completely had low volume after a couple of days and had to send them in for a replacement. Still waiting for them to come in the mail.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Are mine broke or do bass notes not exist on these? Why do you have to cram these "quality" buds or any all the way down your ear to get the full sound they provide. I guess the way they charge is handy?
