Great features and great sound quality.

I bought them around 2 months ago and I totally recommend them. I always get about 6-7 hours of playtime and I like the way you can tune them in the galaxy wearable app.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've bought two pairs of them to gift them. Both of them have some mic issue. The product is outside USA now. I cant get it back to replace also. Its just money waste.

Excellent Audio, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones have to be the best and easiest Bluetooth headphones I have ever used. Simply open the case and remove the headphones and they are instantly paired to your phone. Battery life has phenomenal where i easily get 5 hours out of them and the sound is great. Then when I am not using them, i put them back in the case where they charge themselves for the next time i need to use them. I can also put them on a wireless charger to charge which is so convenient.
While the headphones are in simply tap once to pause the music on the right headphone, tap on the left headphone to do voice commands, hold the right headphone to activate ambient noise mode so you can hear things around you and double tap to go to the next song. Super convenient controls to use when working out and then someone comes up to you to talk.
A lot of people compare these to apple airpods but I dont understand why. These headphones are in a different class. Audio is better, battery life on a single charge is 3 times as long, and the charge case adds even more battery. Oh and did i mention these headphones are $50 cheaper than apples. Samsung really has a win here and I love my galaxy buds.

Sounded muffled.

I bought this over the summer. I LOVED the complete wireless aspect. During calls, it sounded decent. But listening to music, it sounded like I was listening through a paper towel tube. I was surprised, being a Samsung product. Didn't know how to go to "ambient mode". Maybe it was always on ambient mode due to poor sound quality, listening to Amazon music from my Samsung Galaxy phone. Was disappointed, I returned it.

I originally purchased a pair of these for my husband as a Christmas gift and he LOVES them!!
My daughter surprises me with a set as a belated Christmas gift and although earbuds for me are usually a pass, I really enjoy these. With other types of earbuds after a few minutes my left ear tends to hurt and I take them both out; but with these they fit comfortably with no worries.
I am not big on loud sound and with the ambient noise turned off there is no need for me to turn the volume up to tune people and surroundings out; comfortable music for a comfortable ride on transit.
Another great Samsung product!

Disappointed. Poor quality

Very disappointed in these earbuds. I expect a higher quality from Samsung and these do not deliver. First off, I do like the fit and weight of these earbuds. They are some of the most comfortable that Ive ever owned. BUT they stopped working after about 5 months....
Also, the sound quality was never up to par in comparison to my Jaybird earbuds or even my Jlab Audio earbuds. Even when using the equalizer in the Galaxy Wearable app, there was very poor bass and low sound quality for music, video, and calls.
In regards to the earbuds not working, they would start glitching in and out and losing connection to everything from laptops, tablets, and phone. Then one day, the left earbud just stopped working. No sound and will not connect to any devices. The right one still connects and works but the left one is a completely unusable. The galaxy wearable app will show the right one connected, functional, and with 100% battery but the left one shows as disconnected, no battery status, and a red exclamation mark.
Ive gone through MANY troubleshooting steps and nothing works. Which leaves me to the last step of trying to push through a software update BUT both earbuds have to be connected to your device to do any sort of updates. Since the left one wont connect I cant try to see if a software update will help.
What a waste of money. Im very disappointed in these and will stick to Jaybird and Jlab Audio for a new set of true wireless earbuds.

I RECIVED THESE AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT AND THEY ARE ONLY GOOD FOR LISTENING TO MUSIC!!!!!! NO ONE CAN HEAR ME WHEN I TRY TO TALK ON THE PHONE WITH THEM. THIS WAS MY MAIN REASON FOR ASKING FOR THEM BECAUSE WITH MY JOB I NEED TO KEEP MY HANDS FREE BUT I STILL HAVE TO END UP TALIKNG ON SPEAKER PHONE OR JUST NOT TAKING THE CALL AT ALL.....
