Disconnects, voice breaks and the call sucks

Hi all,
I was so confident about Samsung that I moved everything on Samsung ecosystem(S10+,gear and buds). Now for buds I am truly disappointed as it keeps disconnecting, the sounds kind of breaks whenever the song pitch changes and the user at the other end can never understand what I am saying.

Great earbuds, but could use a couple improvements

I purchased these to use with my galaxy note 8, and after 2 weeks of heavy use, I really do want to like them, and I do for the most part. I had Jabra Elite 65t's before, and they are really hard to beat. A couple things that would make me love these more than my Jabras, is if Samsung would allow the customizable buttons to turn ambient sound on and off instead of just quick ambient sound, and to allow ambient sound to work even when just wearing one earbud. I use these outside everyday for work and can't always wear both earbuds.

They cut out and garble sound if used with pixel 2 in my jeans pocket. The apps request a ridiculous amount of permissions and don't function if you deny them those can't be used due to lazy development by Samsung. Overall I'm trying to decide if I should sell these or just throw them away.

Anyone looking to ditch wires should consider the Galaxy Buds. The freedom and mobility you get from wireless earbuds are amazing. The earbuds fit very securely and comfortably in the ear. The charging case has a very lightweight and compact form factor making it easy to travel with. Setup was easy using the Samsung Wear app,
you can also adjust the earbuds settings inside of the app. The sound quality is good enough for casual listening but don't expect any audiophile level sound here. My only gripe is that the bass is on ther weak end comapred to what I'm used to with Apple Earpods.
