Did Not Work as Carry on - Had to Check It

I traveled both domestically and internationally with this “carry on” and it did not fit the standard carry on measurement. I was forced to check my bag every time which obviously defeats the purpose of why I bought this bag. I understand that with a soft top there’s a risk of “overfilling” it but if was not overstuffed. Even after taking out items it would not squish down enough bc the top enclosure sticks out regardless. I would like to return it for one that is guaranteed to work for carry on. I’ve actually never had this problem with way less expensive carry ons both soft and hard cases.

The front pockets are not very useful. It would be better if there was one long pocket, or else a zippered gusset to allow the bag to expand

Amazing domestic US Travel companion

Amazing companion. I used it for my domestic trip to Disney World and it held up everything without a scratch. The space expander helped accommodate a couple of extra souvenirs. The front chains are very handy to carry your phone and wallet during security checks. The roller is super smooth and the magnetic feature is amazing, loved rolling it more than my other non Travel Pro luggages. It looks very handsome. The lifetime warranty for the platinum elite softside is incredible. Would recommend to anyone traveling domestically more than 4-5 trips a year
