A well designed and built

A well designed and built piece of luggage. Magnetic spinner wheels are the best of any bag I’ve previously owned (replaced original wheels on a Sampsonite bag with sealed bearing wheels after one year)
The adjustable handle is the best I’ve experienced.
I’ve only flown with this bag twice so far this month, and it’s GREAT!

Looking forward to another seven years with this suitcase!

I just purchased this suitcase to replace its predecessor that served me very well for 7 years! I chose this suitcase because of its predecessor's dependability and good looks! Seriously, it held up very well over the last 7 years of international 180-nights on the road per year. That's a lot of throwing around by the boys under the plane!
This new bag seems to have even better wheels and better zippers but keeps all the style and functionality of its predecessor. And I love the Olive Green color! It helps it to stand out on the Baggage belt!
The thought of a hard case just doesn't sit well with me despite all of its advantages. I like the fabric organic feel of this bag and it feels like a friend that goes with me everywhere.
So far I've taken the new bag out on three trips this month and I'm pleased to say, I made a great purchase! Whether it's in the overhead, or under the plane, this model is solid and a good investment. My 7-year old bag is still in good enough condition to pass down to one of my kids to use on trips, so it's not going to sit in the closet long.

Great materials, bad roller

Decent bag. The materials are quality, and it rolls nice….in a straight line. The handle is very wobbly and the wheels using magnets have sporadic jerky movements. Combine all that, and it’s not a treat to navigate an airport with. Plenty roomy and enjoy the securement features in the bag.

I don’t love it

I own several bags from Travelpro but admittedly they’re all a few years old. When I needed a new carry on, it was a no brainer to invest in another bag from Travelpro because of the quality.
This bag feels bulky and the hardware feels synthetic. The color of the hardware on the black bag is a tacky eye sore because of shiny and thick the metal part of the zipper is. It came with a ton of extras (ie garment bag) but the capacity inside isn’t even big to begin with so not sure how you’d even use it all.
Also the overall weight of the bag feels so heavy compared to my other carry on from Travelpro.
What happened to the quality? The only part I really love are the wheels.
Everything else is a pass for me.

A great gift!

I bought this and the 29” version as a gift for my boyfriend. He loves them so much he bought himself the 25” to complete the set. He liked the quality of the materials and casters. He liked the pockets and packing sections. He is looking forward to using them.

Great suitcase, but two things: I wish the case extended all the way around. The closer at one end limits the space. I could use that little bit more. Also, I would have preferred the two wheeler but wanted a removable garment bag. Why not offer that on the 2-wheeler?
