Good bag, surprising problem.

The bag is great. Unfortunately, when we returned from using it the first time, we found it had bleached our carpet where we'd left it overnight before we left on our trip.

We ultimately decided on this bags because of so many expert reviews plus analyzing the features. When it arrived, we were thrilled. It's very classy looking with sturdy features, such as the zippers, wheels, etc. My old bag was starting to go in its own direction with its 4 wheels. . This one is a pleasure to wheel. Very happy.

As Good as Expected

This travel bag has consistently received top reviews so my expectations were high, and I am not disappointed. The quality of the bag and the ease with which it rolls through the airport are outstanding features. It is a bit narrower than the bag it replaced, but it still holds enough for a week long trip, and the slightly slimmer profile fits better in smaller overhead airplane bins. Overall, I am very happy.

Doesn't roll well I find the wheels are not wide enough. Especially over all the bumps in an airport.
It tips while rolling especially with a tote on top.
The quality is great it just did not work well for me. Will be returning bag.
