This is our 4th Travelpro platinum elite purchase, we have purchased another 21’ and the 25’ and 29’ and are very satisfied with the quality. They are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Feel as though they will last a long time and if not there is a lifetime warranty!

I had been thinking about upgrading to a more convenient rolling carry on for some time and wondering if the investment would be worth it. After using my new luggage just once, I’m so thrilled — why did I wait?!! The wheel functionality and handle height variety alone made for a no hassle experience that has already made me appreciate the purchase. Gone are the days of aches and pains following a day of travel from carrying my carry on! The material is very durable AND the organizational compartments are fabulous! I had been considering the more economical version down but am so grateful that I decided on this piece which should suffice both my business and leisure travel needs. I highly recommend purchasing.

It was time for a new bag and my wife has this same one, and I loved the wheels and telescoping handle, so got one for myself. I tried one of the hard tops but the storage is so limited on the hard cases. Don’t know that Ill use the included garment case but nice to have it as an option. Wish the charger plug had a c-port like the hard case one has but I am sure it will come eventually. Waited until Black Friday to buy to make it worth the price. Wife who travels weekly got a new one as well bc after five years of traveling weekly the fabric started to fray and the handle started to stick and all the zipper things you grab to open zippers fell off making it hard to use the front pockets. But it lasted five years so she decided to just get another one since it functions so well.

Unhelpful Headings

Quite disappointed in this bag and Travelpro. Partly my fault, when looking at the heading I read the 21” size. I didn’t go in the detailed description which would have told me that the height was actually 23.5” when you include the wheels. In my experience every other company includes the wheels in the height measurement. I want to use this for both domestic and international travel so I will be returning. So please be aware that 21” relates only to the inside compartment measurement. If you don’t care about the measurements it does seem like a decent piece of luggage with a good handle, roomy pockets, and smooth wheels.
