Major design flaw with handle fitting over bag sleeves

This is frustrating. This bag is 95% perfect, but the 5% that isn't makes it unacceptable. The knobby handle, made to be comfortable on the hand, will not fit through the sleeves of many other items, like the two different airport dog carriers we use. How could such a nice bag have such a major design flaw? I regret having to return the bag, but this is useless to me at this point.

It’ strong. It’s roomy. It’s practical. I can fit a month’s worth a clothes in it. Elegant. Easy to wheel. Probably won’t fit in all overhead compartments, but I’ll soon find out.

Stylish and high quality bag

A very maneuverable carryon. Well designed and built with good quality materials. I chose this over a Briggs and Riley which was more than double the cost and also was heavier. In fairness, the design of the Briggs allows it to hold a bit more but I have had several Travelpro Maxlight bags over the years they have held up well so I stayed with the brand and got this Platinum Elite bag.

Too small

Look and quality are appear fine. Used it for first time last week after using 22 inch roller board for years. I wish I would have purchased another 22 inch as the 21 inch doesn’t work as well for me as a larger individual

The suitcase is really beautiful

The suitcase is really beautiful and well made. The zipper pulls are weighty and ergonomic. Perfect for a few nights or a capsule wardrobe. The 4 spinning wheels glide effortlessly through the airport. I will have to get used to the spinning wheels as this suitcase replaces my 20 year old 2-wheeled Atlantic.
The inner suiter and pockets weren't put to the test on the maiden voyage. Both appear well made and durable.
