Suitcases That Stand The Test of Time!!!

I love Travelpro products! They are so well-made and last forever! I bought a Travelpro suitcase about 28 years ago and I still use it! I have now invested in the Platinum Elite collection because, besides being high quality and gorgeous, the wheels are amazing! They are so easy to roll but you have to watch out-they will keep rolling so keep your eye on it! You will not believe the workmanship on these suitcases! And they fit so many features into each one. My only complaint is that the cross-over straps have two pouches attached to the straps which is great but the zipper is not placed in the right spot on the right side. When the suitcases are full, you can’t get to the zipper because it is buried next to the wall of the suitcase. Everything else about them is so wonderful that I have to overlook that one feature. They are well worth the investment!

Missing accessories for hanging clothes

I was careful to choose a suit case that included accessories for hanging clothes but this doesn't have it?? I'm disappointed. I wish I'd had my old Travelpro repaired instead of trying to replace it. The zippers and zipper hardware are also very clunky. I ordered a Travelpro Crew suitcase for my husband last year and I like it much better.

It's beautiful, but durability is

It's beautiful, but durability is extremely disappointing in that on my first trip, the top handle (not the collapsible, pull handle, but the leather carrying handle) broke. I had to carry it by the side handle for the rest of the trip.

A little smaller than my many decades old Traveler Platinum Elite 22” Rollerboard

I’m trying to get used to this being 1” shorter than my decades old Platinum Elite 22” Rollerboard. The spinner wheels are a bit nicer than always having to pull my old roller board. Exterior pockets are very similar and that’s one of the main reasons I chose this one. Also, a few sources told me the soft luggage holds up a bit better than the hard case luggage. Since my old Traveler was several decades old and went all over the world and US with me on over 100 business trips before falling apart, I saw no reason to go to another brand. Since I am now retired, this is likely the last luggage I will ever need to buy.

Easy to move, easy to

Easy to move, easy to carry, very compact size, however can carry A LOT. Many useful options/compartments. Especially when using compression bags, I can carry clothes for up to two weeks overseas
