wheels are nice and smooth. I have a ton of space and I really enjoy the zipper travel bags included . Bag fit perfectly on the airplane.The bag is light enough for me to lift when full with my luggage.

Great carry-on, minor gripes

I've used this bag constantly since buying it about six months ago. Definitely the best carry-on I've ever had and has everything you could ask for from a carryon. The wheel alignment system is super helpful and the bag is durable and well put together. The suiter especially is a great add. A little bit of minor deterioration at the zipper of the wet pocket is the only wear I can find. The pocket for the external battery pack is a little small. I have a larger high-capacity portable charger and it's too big for the sleeve. Only inherent problem I have with it.

I’m giving this a “GREAT” because that’s how my daughter reacted when she took it out of the box on her birthday. She was really excited to get this product! Sorry- can’t tell you anymore than this as she hasn’t even used it yet

It broke within the first few days of a two week, multi country trip. Features sound great but quality is missing. I bought two and both handles stopped working.
