The wheels are robust and roll effortlessly. The convenience of the exterior pockets, including one for a power station beats any hard shell suitcase I've used in the past. Comfortable handle, but wish the extension bar felt a little more stable. Overall great suitcase.

I gave up on my old Travelpro roller bag since the spinner was more easy to handle and didn’t take up space behind you as the roller bags do. The compartment was just right for 2-3 day biz trips. I’ve been traveling for work for a couple of decades and only rely on Travelpro products. I’ve had to replace roller wheels and tightened the handle but otherwise the material can take the beating.

I purchased Elite 21"over a year ago and it has since flown on over 300 flights. It is a dream to navigate through airports and easily supports my breifcase on top as I walk. This bag is so good that I got one for each person in my family for a trip we just took to Australia. At times I was walking with 2 in each hand through the airport with no problem. Don't waste your time on any other product. This size has been accepted as carry-on all over the world on multiple different airlines. Bottom line: I am ridiculously frequent traveler and this bag is a rock star!

I was so happy with my 25" Platinum Elite Spinner that I just purchased a 21" Carry-On Spinner as well! I travel abroad for business constantly, with my trips ranging from three to 7 days.
