I really love this bag.

I really love this bag. I was surprised, however, to have a problem adjusting the height of the handle as it seemed to be stuck halfway between being recessed in the bag and being full height. I had to struggle with it for several minutes to get the handle to move. Any advice?

I had the rollaboard from the start however, the spinner is much more convenient. I bought this on a sale price too good to pass and will give my rollaboard to family member. Great luggage by the way!
