Bad zippers

The suitcase looks awesome. I love the USB and I especially love how nicely it rolls.
The problem is the zippers. I traveled 3 times with this bag as a carry on, and all 3 trips resulted in a broken zipper. Then, when the zippers break, it’s really hard to open the bag. At the end of the day, I’m not going to use a bag I don’t trust will survive the overhead compartments.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The carry on works well but if you use the expandable feature, it no longer qualifies as a carry on. The spinners work well. I'm just hoping it lasts.

My 25 inch TP bag kept getting scuffed and the zipper was cut by an airline (not Delta :). Even though TP took care of the zipper repair gratis, I felt it was time for me to move into a smaller carry-on suitcase for the bulk of my travel - and I was nervous about it...until I received this suitcase and took it on my first trip. It fits a lot more than it appears to! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this bag - the removable garment bag, small pockets and pouches make packing a breeze. The wheels move exceptionally well through the airport (and hotels) and I think it will be awhile until I use my larger bag again.

Was looking for a carry-on that wasn’t trash. Saw this in an ad and decided to give it a try. Everything about this says quality. Plenty of space, rolls great, fits in the overhead easily. In fact I have to get another one as my wife took one look at it and said ‘that’s mine.’ I’ll be getting another one for myself.

Asking someone to review luggage within 30 days of purchase for a 10 percent discount on their next purchase is probably not a reasonable way to find out if you are selling a high quality product. We have not even used the pieces we bought for Christmas yet. Even if we had used the luggage by now is a 1 month review actually useful? This is the most durable luggage I ever bought after 1 month. Anyway I think you get the point. If you are serious about reviews offer a discount for folks to participate for two years.
