Excellent quality and well-made luggage. The wheels roll easily across hardwood floors, carpet and uneven pavement. I love the color and the many packets. I highly recommend if you are looking for a carry-on piece of luggage.

Great bag, except for . . .

Pros: The bag looks great. Rolls like a dream on almost all surfaces. Construction is top notch.
Cons: There is an excellent compression system built into the bag. However, when that compression system is used to too great an extent, the handle will not extend. Upon loosening the compression straps, the handle will once again work.

I travel 2 out of 4 weeks a month. I have tried numerous bags and this, by far, is the best of the best. Plenty of room for a 4-5 day trip in a carry-on. High quality wheels, zippers and handles. It’s my favorite bag. Light weight and sturdy - it checks all the boxes.

Not steady on his feet

I have just used this carry-on once and found that it was constantly tipping over when I put my personal item on top. The width is a little small for carrying an item on top of it. I had trouble controlling this carry-on and did not compare favorably with others I have used Treat I like a little side compartment with some kind of charging cord, but the charging cord doesn’t fit any of my devices and there isn’t any way to charge it. I also didn’t like the suit carrier it comes with it. If I use that for a suit, I would have very little room to put anything else. I would’ve liked more small compartments on the outside, and hooks or ability to attach a neck pillow and other small items

Handle Broke on First Use

Bought this for my wife after extensive research on the best carry on bag. Gave it to her for her birthday and she loved it. Less than a week later she used it for the first time and the top handle broke in her hand as she lifted the suitcase.
