I’ve had my fridge for almost 9 years and had one problem which was the compressor and I am very pleased to say it was fixed quickly and the fridge is running great again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our prior French door LG had better features.. 3 veggie bins, a bigger full bin at the bottom, half shelves that came off easier for cleaning and for moving to different levels. The new one has 2 bins for veggies, and you have to open both doors to open 1 bin. The doors themselves seem lightweight and not solidly built as our prior. Improved does not mean better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On my 9+ year old unit - Called and had LG come to service when it quit cooling sufficiently - Fantastic tech (William) came and identified my problem immediately, hooked me up with a new compressor and I only had to pay for a service charge. I'm so satisfied I tell all my friends about the experience and then went out and bought a new LG microwave. You guys ROCK
