Love this Frige!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator in August 2013 and after almost three years it is still terrific. Not noisy, has plenty of room and flexibility of shelf placement. Drawers are easy to remove for rinsing. The Freezer portion, with the wire drawer is perfect for smaller items that could get buried in a large compartment. I would absolutely buy this again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refridgerator for 3 years, and you'ld think it wound not fall apart after only 3 years. Well it did. The compresser, seal, tubes went bad and so did my food. lAST MONTH IT WAS THE MICROWAVE. I BOUGHT ALL LG PRODUCTS. SILLY ME

Unreliable and LG provides terrible service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is not reliable. Our lg is only 9 years old and I must have spent 3 of those 9 years on hold waiting for an LG agent. The so called smart error system shows the fridge is in working condition, unfortunately it is not and I know this because the fridge is warmer than the outside air.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No Freeze

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After seven years of good service, the LG began to lose its cooling capacity, first in the freezer where I first noticed the softened ice cream, then finally in the main compartment where the temp rose to 50 degrees. After replacing the main cooling fan, recharging the compressor with freon, and other logical trobleshooting efforts, I finally recycled the fridge with the local power company.
