My HP laptop was not an expensive one. It runs Microsoft pretty good just not fast. It takes a minimum of 3- 4 minutes to start and before I can start any work. If I open up multiple windows that's when it really slows down further.

My Laptop freezes constantly. The resolution is horrible. The volume is also bad. I am going to have to take it to someone to see if they can fix the freezing. It seems that the browser microsoft is battling with Chrome. I was told that HP was a good product and I have always had a Dell. I wish I had not changed to HP.
