I have an older computer that started to have trouble with it's wifi driver. Going online is necessary for me because I am unable to go out to do things I need (pay bills, buy groceries, etc), so I needed to get a new computer. I have used HP computers before and that's why I wanted an HP for this new one. This computer set up quickly and easily, it's fast and was very affordable. I hope to have this one for many years to come. . .

This hp sucks. I cant even do homework at all, I have 2 tabs open and it will not load anything. I used to have a very old small samsung laptop, it was basic and nothing special. I got the laptop in 2018 and it is currently 2026. No matter what I did or how many tabs I had open or how much I saved and downloaded this laptop never failed me. After breaking the screen, I decided it was time to upgrade and spoil myself as I will be in school for 3 more years. But I have both laptops open at the same time with the same 2 tabs open and doing home work. My old laptop is working like a breeze while my hp keeps loading and shutting down. This is absolutely ridiculous.
