Terrible dishwasher

Worst dishwasher I've ever had. Doesn't clean well. Noisy. Worse than the dishwasher my parents had in the 1970S

We recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, you're using the correct amount of detergent and rinse aid, and that no large pots or pans are blocking the spray arms from rotating.

Nice dishwasher

I never have to worry about washing dishes before I load it as it does a great job even on the hard stuff. The only issue I have had is that my dishes are often still wet even if I use the heated dry option.

Rack is terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher functions great and there is no spotting when using the warm dry mode. We find the noise level to be acceptable and the settings easy to accomplish. However, the racks are another issue. When placing soup bowls and soup dishes, in the lower rack particularly, they fall over and will not stand up straight. I believe this is due to all the rack pins being straight and do not have a step in them to support the bowls properly. This is the only issue we see with this machine.

Holds significant water and moisture.

This unit is a “no frills” unit that came with builder package. It is never dry! I’ve only run a test cycle twice, both times the bottom has standing water and moisture droplets over everything. This was the case using the heat dry setting as well. I literally had to dry it out with towels and leave the door open for a day.

Hey, JRS59! Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your dishwasher not drying your dishes. We recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, and you’re using the correct amount of rinse aid.
Also know that plastic items like Tupperware or plastic plates are more porous and will take longer to dry and may still be wet after the drying cycle.

How did I live 34 years without this!!!
