I have had this dishwasher a little over a year just for the warranty to run out and now it doesn't work! Worked great for the first 11 months
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very low noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher, with the very low noise there is no issue turning it on before bed. You do have to push it a bit hard to make sure it is closed all of the way

It doesn't WASH the DISHES....

The center sprayer tends to wander off limply to one side or the other, even coming off the base, and certainly is not doing its job. If only there was Viagra for dishwashers! Running loads twice doesn't even mean they will come clean. This is our sad dish protocol: rinse and scrape well. Load dishwasher loosely. Run 1-2 times. Take things out and rinse them. Dry. Maybe there is some sanitizing occurring?? We live in an apartment, and are at the mercy of our landlords.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for contacting us with your concerns about this dishwasher. We understand the importance of having clean dishes in one wash. Please ensure your dishes are stacked with space enough for water to get through and that your water pressure is at least 30 psi. You water heater should also be set to 120 degrees. If the spray arms are lifting out easily, they may need to be snapped into place! You may also wish to clean out the filter at the bottom to avoid food particles getting reintroduced to the wash. this model has Energy Saver Dry, rather than a heated dry, so some air drying may be necessary after a cycle.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would be happy to assist you with some tips to increase dry performance! As a timer model, this dishwasher will not have a dedicated heat dry cycle. For adding an additional dry period to a cycle to obtain warm, dry dishes, first ensure the heat dry option is still selected. Within 15 mins after cycle completion, open the door slightly, rotate the knob clockwise to “DRYING/PLATE WARMER”, and close the door. During this time, you can also move the racks slightly to free any water trapped in the recesses of dishware. This information is included on page three of your Owner's Manual!
