the dishwasher does not drain completely on a regular basis and even when it does the dishes are still moist to the touch even with it set to heated dry. i had a technician come out and he had no idea what he was doing nothing against the guy he was nice but all he did was turn the hot water on and off in my sink and then run the dishwasher for a couple minutes. i am not trying to be negative but i am very unhappy at this time with the performance of what i bought. i would love to have another technician come out and make an assessment. thanks

The rack is terrible

This does a decent job of cleaning but the lower rack was poorly designed. The utensil tray won’t stay upright, the prongs for plates are too short to support the plates vertically so they lean over. This thing annoys me every time I use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
