I recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, and you’re using the correct amount of Rinse Aid. Also know that plastic items like Tupperware or plastic plates are more porous and will take longer to dry and may still be wet after the drying cycle. I hope this helps! This dishwasher does not dry the dishes at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dishwasher a couple of months ago and have been very disappointed. No matter how we load it it does not dry the dishes. We would not recommend this model at all.
