Horrible product...

Quiet running

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher because my old one was a Frigidaire and I loved it. I should have looked at the new one instead of just looking online. There is a big square in the bottom rack that the instructions say not to block so I cannot get as many dishes in it as I did with my old one. I followed all instructions as to turning on the water in the kitchen sink so it is hot, but the all of the dishes do not dry. I have to dry most of them and all of the silverware when I unload it. I never had to do this with my old dishwasher. I am disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To experience optimal performance when using your dishwasher there are a few things to note:
-A Rinsing Aid must be used (assists in the cleaning and drying of dishes)
-Heated wash option assists in more efficient cleaning and drying of unit and dishes inside
-Mix spoons, forks, and knives to prevent nesting
-Water heater temperature should be set to at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit
-Cycle selection should be changed based on the content of the dishwasher and the soil level of those dishes
-Heavily soiled items should be cleaned using the "Heavy" cycle.
-Your dishwasher should be emptied as soon as possible after a load (allows steam to exit dishwasher tub-assist with drying)
-Heated dry should be selected
