[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy at all....silverware basket does not attach and moves and tips,basket gaps so large smaller items fall through the holes and does not dry no matter which setting i use!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks for your feedback! We regret to hear that you have had this experience so far, however, we will work to resolve these issues for you as best we can. Although we cannot implement every suggestion, we will pass the information regarding the dishwasher rack system, on to our design team for future reference. I would like to point out that the silverware basket is designed to be customizable, allowing you to change its location inside of the dishwasher. The holes in the bottom your dishwasher should not be large enough to allow silverware to fall through. So that we can further review your issue, please email a photo of the basket, showing the issue, to socialcare@frigidaire.com.
Further, to experience optimal performance when using your dishwasher there are a few things to note:
- A Rinsing Aid must be used
-Your dishwasher should be emptied as soon as possible after a load (allows steam to exit dishwasher tub-assist with drying)
-Heated dry must be selected
-Heated wash option should be used for more efficient cleaning and drying of unit and dishes inside
-Mix spoons, forks, and knives to prevent nesting
-Water heater temperature should be set to at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit

Efficient quiet dishwasher for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a new dishwasher fast and found a Frigidaire that was inexpensive and delivery wa the next day. The dishwasher is quiet and cleans my dishes well. It is very basic without a lot of settings but I do not need more.

Very quiet!

Cleans the Dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product came with our new home. It is the "base" model dishwasher. It does do a good job of cleaning the dishes. It is not the quietest dishwasher I have had so only 4 stars.

Heated dry won’t work, terrible
