Fits the opening and does the job

Its appearance and operation is excellent. The stainless stell tub should last a long ime.
We bought this dishwasher due to it matching our needed vertical size. Newer kitchens have the counter height higher than older kitchens. The newer model dishwashers are slightly taller than old models. Therefore, replacement dishwasher have height limitations which must be considered when ordering the correct dishwasher replacement. This new dishwasher adjusted to fit my old counter lower height of 33.5 inches.

This model has an optional silverware tray lid which we fold out of the way and do not use. The fork and spoon tips hang pointed upward. Using this optional lid, clean silverware is removed by the user hands touching the spoon tips and fork tips with the hands.--which is not sanitary--which makes no sense. Also the optional silverware tray is limited in the size of silverware which will fit thru the utensil opening. Therefore, we use the silverware holder without the tray lid--as it is an optional feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Major defect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher leaked water from the front door. Called for appliance repair company. Discovered the tub was warped. Returned to store and purchased a dishwasher from a different manufacturer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

This DW came new installed in my home purchase. It doesnt dry regardless of what I do. Its causing mold on the lip of counter above it. Ugh... super disappointed will be replacing asap

We are sorry about the experience you have had with your dishwasher, TashHm4! For drying purposes, make sure that air dry is not being selected, this will result in wet dishes. For optimum drying performance, using a rinse aid has proven to be helpful. Also try using the High option on the model. This helps the dishwasher detergent remove food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying performance by adding additional rinse aid and increasing the water temperature. Hopefully this helps. ~Briana
