Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought a mobile home that had all Frigidaire appliances in it....after growing up in a builder's family, I know the Frigidaire appliances well and was thrilled to see that's what came in my house!!

soap dispenser doesn't work

the machine is brand new and the soap just runs down the door (when using liquid) or sits on the bottom (when using tabs or pods). Even tried running the machine empty and soap remains undissolved.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Syracuse. We do recommend checking the water temp settings on your water heater. They should be at least 120f to properly dissolve the detergent. Also, run the water at the sink until warm to eliminate the cold water from the line. Good job cleaning dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher came in our new pre-fab home. It is easy to operate and gets the dishes clean. I don’t care for the silverware basket. It isn’t stable no matter where you put it. The plastic dishes don’t get quite dry but they also don’t warp from too much heat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans the dishes really good, without all of the extra bells and whistles. I like using the paks vs. the liquid. It's a little loud when running but for the price who the frick cares!

Cleans great and easy to yse

Previous dishwashers I’ve had from other major brands have been a hassle with trying to turn on, using dry features, and having to wash dishes by hand for not cleaning properly. This one does not! We love it in our house.
