Decent Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has held up well for the 2 years that I've had it. No frills, no fancy bells or whistles, and its not particularly quiet, but it gets the dishes clean and that's what it's supposed to do.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Used dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received dishwasher which had water in the base, we thought it might have been tested before sending. But to our surprise it is used and not working properly. I tried washing same dishes twice and still it has residue all over of soap and dirt. Bottom rack is little cleaner than top rack. Still have to wash all dishes again by hand. Not happy customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Water in the base of a new dishwasher, would usually indicate testing was performed while in the factory. We recommend using Rinse Aid to improve the performance of any dishwasher. Additionally, water entering the dishwasher should be at least 120F to give satisfactory results. Good Dishwasher for the price

It’s a space taker, not a dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought everything I can for this dishwasher (jet dry, booster, expensive pods), tried the gel and powder cleaner and it’s still NOT a dishwasher because it doesn’t wash dishes! I still have to do that!

I hate to hear about your dishwasher experience, Jessieluv. I recommend making sure that the incoming water is at 120 degrees. You can do this by running the nearest sink water before starting your dishwasher. I also recommend making sure that your bake/cookware is not blocking the spray arm from rotating the water to all of your dishes. I hope this helps! Very quiet!
