I really wish this dishwasher had a lock

Cheaply made

Some days my dishes are clean, some days they are not; some days they are dry, some days they are still moist, yet I follow the washing instructions that came with the manual. Not happy with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi, 431jazzy! I can imagine your frustration. To improve both washing and drying performance, please make sure you are using plenty of rinse aid, your hot water heater is set to at least 120F, you are running the hot water in a nearby sink prior to starting the dishwasher, and you are loading per the instructions in the manual. If you still need additional assistance, please call 1-888-203-1389 M-F from 8a-8p or Sat from 9a-6p EST. ~ Brandi

Does the job
