Leaked in year one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was installed properly and due to a manufacturers defect of one part, the dishwasher leaked and now I’m dealing with the nightmare of needing to replace the floor and subfloor that it ruined, get mold abatement done, and replace the cabinets where water got underneath. Invest in a better product and save yourself the headache!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cheap option and gets the job done

Aaron, thank you for sharing your review. I would recommend checking a few things. Check and make sure the water coming in is at least 120 degrees, do you have heat dry cycle selected, and are you using rinse aid? I realize that as a consumer you feel that these are not reasons for your dishwasher to underperform. Over the last few years, Energy Star has issued stricter standards for water and energy usage which can increase the need for Rinse Aid to dry dishes. Hope this helps!
