Never washes dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No matter how many times I wash items in the dishwasher they never come out clean, I’ve used both drying settings and they never come out dry either. Idk how you could even consider it a dishwasher it’s become a waste of space in our kitchen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, you’re using the correct amount of Rinse Aid, and that no heavy mineral or calcium scale is covering the heater. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher was installed in November. Since then the first thing to stop working was the heat dry function. Dishes are wet even waiting overnight to remove them. Next the timer started malfunctioning. The timer stops half way through the cycle and the dishwasher keeps running. It ran all night last week - 10 hours. Clean but expensive
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
