Glad to have a dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My other dishwasher had 2 arms and I didn't realize what a difference that makes in cleaning. This new one is all right but not recommended for large families & lots of dirty dishes

Thank you for your review, Dat1. I certainly apologize for any inconvenience your dishes not cleaning properly may be causing you.
I would recommend using a rinse aid if you are not using one already. I would also check that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Also, check the incoming water temperature to be sure it is not less than 120°F (49°C) at the sink closest to the dishwasher.
If you still have a concern of sorts, please do not hesitate to reconnect with us directly.

Horrible buzzing noise

This was just purchased by my landlord. I’m running it for the first time as I write this review. There is a horrible buzzing noise during the entire cycle. I’m in a small house and it’s hard to get away from this incredibly grating noise.

Gets the Job Done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer was included with the purchase of our mobile home. It works well and the dishes always come out clean! My only problem with it is that both of the dry settings do not seem to get the dishes dry.

Quaint, quiet and easy to use!!!!

I have had the high-end models and this works just as well. Super-efficient and easy to use for the "older" generation, not all those knobs, gizmos and features to figure out! Like it just as well and does just as good a job as the others!!!!
