[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doesn’t dry the dishes at all on heated dry. And have to make sure everything is basically washed before putting them in there to wash
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking the time to connect with me regarding your dishwasher’s drying concern, Nrobinson. I certainly apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing you. I would recommend using a rinse aid if you are not using one already. I would also check that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Also, check the incoming water temperature to be sure it is not less than 120°F (49°C) at the sink closest to the dishwasher. If you still have a concern of sorts, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
