Scratches on door

Bought mobile home and I paid extra to "upgrade" all new appliances. I've been in my home less than 2 weeks and I don't cook. I'm very angry about the surface problems of the appliances. The dishwasher Model#FBD2400KB11B (used once) has deep scratched lines on the door. Did not come with a protective film to remove. The other 2 appliances, refrigerator Model#FFSS2315TE0 and microwave Model#FFMV1645TB (used once) are all experiencing the same issues. None can be wiped off in ANY manner. Read the owners manuals before touching them but found that even when strictly following the guidelines there's no way to avoid scratches or swirls. So, I don't touch them. Honestly, I believe the surfaces on these appliances are defective because no one could own them and avoid damage. It should not be where I can't touch the surfaces for fear of all the damage AND I don't believe others would tolerate experiencing the same issues. The Range surfaces are what I'd expect on all these appliances, it's relatively easy to clean and it's even a Ceramic Glass Cooktop. No children live in the home.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually didn’t want this one, but the company I bought it from lied to me and I ended up with this. It’s my jest dishwasher, and it’s pretty basic but it does what it’s supposed to do for the most part. There is definitely some pre-rinsing that needs to happen as it doesn’t do well with food bits or drink residue left behind. That may be normal, I’m not sure since this is my first dishwasher. I’m not super impressed, but don’t feel it was a waste, either.

This style wouldnt be my choice

It came with the house we bought. I liked that it was brand new but it wouldn't have been my choice if I got to choose it. I wouldn't have known that though until it was used. It doesn't dry the dishes as well as I would like and have had in previous dishwashers. The lower spray arm pops off while in use. It came off a couple of times and I would pop it back in but the last time it popped off it was melted into 2 pieces by the heated drying rod. And this was when it was only 3 to 4 months old. We are still waiting for the new spray arm to be delivered. It was suppose to be here last week. So I'm not very happy. I do see the buyers chose the cheapest one...if it was my choice I would have spent a little more money for a better one. So really I think it is almost priced right.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
