I bought this dishwasher on New Years Day 2017

Simple but not rave worthy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Small utensil holder. No top rack cleaning fan. So you can't crowd the bottom because the top doesn't cleaned as well. It never dries right even with a rinse aide with drying effects. It is decently quiet which is why I can tolerate it. I Will end up replacing when it goes out for sure. For a family of 5 I would not recommend based on how much dishes out household does. For a couple or individual I can see it working just fine. It came with the house which was a new build.

For optimal drying and cleaning performance, please make sure you are using plenty of rinse aid, loading the dishwasher per the following manual, your hot water heater is set to at least 120 degrees, and you are running the hot water for a couple of minutes in a nearby sink prior to starting the cycle. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new dishwasher replaced a very old and ineffective one. It fits perfectly under the counter without any complications. Just slide it in , hook it up and VOILA!! Cannot believe how quiet it is..amazing, and, it is a quick wash and done. Makes my life a lot easier. Terrific appliance that fits my needs.

Please try increasing the amount of rinse aid that is dispensed (page 7 in your Owner’s Manual shows how to adjust it). Please run the water in the sink until it is hot (like you might do when getting in the shower), before starting a cycle. The incoming water should be at least 120°F at the water heater.
