This product was included in the purchase of our new manufactured home. If I had to go out and buy one, I probably would not have picked this one. You only have 2 settings to choose from Heavy and Normal. We have to wash on Heavy so it gets the dishes clean. I am not one that wants to wash my dishes before I wash them in the dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quite, but does NOT dry well.

This came with our new home. I would not purchase this product. The door spring is not strong enough to keep the door open. While dishes are mostly dry when cycle is finished, the door, the ceiling, etc. are still very wet and keep the dishes from drying well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Leaving the door slightly open after a wash cycle, using rinse aid and making sure the incoming water is 120 degrees Fahrenheit can possibly assist with your matter. I understand that you may not had to do this previously. However, those tips can possibly resolve your matter.

HORRIBLE DISHWAHER

This dishwasher is the worst I've ever used. It is super small, but that isn't the worst part. The drying feature barely works, this means that not only do my dishes come out wet but also that the dishwasher smells horrible if I leave it closed after running. It came with the new home we bought.... I would have never purchased this washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

AmyM25, I understand that you feel that the dishwasher is not drying the dishes properly. I would recommend checking a few things before contacting a service provider. Check and make sure the water coming in is at least 120 degrees, do you have heat dry cycle selected, and are you using rinse aid? I realize that as a consumer you feel that these are not reasons for your dishwasher to underperform. Over the last few years, Energy Star has issued stricter standards for water and energy usage which can increase the need for Rinse Aid to dry dishes. Hope this helps!

Would not Recommend

This brand of dish washer came with my new home. I have only live in my home for 6 months. This appliance has been replaced once. The new dishwasher they put is is currently out of order due to the same problem I had with the first one.
