By far the worst ever!!!!

Got my dishwasher in April of 2017. This is by far the worst dishwasher known to man. It does not wash anything. I've tried simply placing one plate in it by its self and still nothing but a wet plate in the end. The heating element doesn't reach a temperature hot enough to dry, the spray bar is only located on the bottom which only causes residue to accumulate on the tops of the dishes, never spraying them clean. I had two different appliance companies that was scheduled by frigidaire to repair it, tell me to simply replace it with a different brand due to the fact that every dishwasher that model has the same problem and there's no fixing it. It simply nothing but a low grade appliance made with no intent of washing anything. It has truly turned me from frigidaire for life.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Yikes! Thank you for taking a moment to submit your dishwasher review, mtackett. While our records indicate you are in the middle of a service call, I have some tips for you in the meantime. Your Tower Wash System® dishwasher uses a proven single, rotating arm with a telescoping set of wash jets for targeting the upper rack. Incoming water temperature should be at least 120°F for efficient cleaning and drying. Before starting a cycle, please run the water in the sink until it is hot, to clear cool water from the pipes. Make sure you are using rinse aid, you can even increase the amount dispensed to help with drying (page 7 in your Owner’s Manual shows how). Some plastics may need to be towel dried as they don’t get as hot as metal or glass so more water collects. If you are on a well or have a reverse osmosis system, your home water pressure may be too low. For optimum performance, water pressure should be 20 to 120 pounds per square inch (psi). Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher because it has lots of room for a ton of dishes and it washes and drys them really fast! You can put the dirtiest dishes in it and it gets them sparkling clean!

This product came with my mobile home. It would not have been a product that I would have choose. I believe it is poor quality and a cheaply made product. When a product is brand new you except it work great. However, I have had to have a service call on it already, because it will not dry my dishes. The person that came out to service it, told me to run my hot water before I used my dishwasher. Really? I have done that and it still does not dry. I would not ever recommend a Frigidaire product to anyone.

I recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, you’re using the correct amount of Rinse Aid, and that no heavy mineral or calcium scale is covering the heater. Poor Quality Dishwasher

We just moved into a new (expensive) apartment and this is the dishwasher it came with. I can't to express how awful this dishwasher is. We have used it twice already and both times, it fails to melt our detergent pods. I have made sure the water temp in the sink is as hot as I can get it before turning the dishwasher on. I opened it while it was in the middle of a cycle and the water felt cold! Additionally, the detergent pod looked like it hadn't even been touched. And I've also set it to heavy wash and heat dry. Still poor. I'm going to continue to complain to my landlords until they throw this thing out the window and replace it with a new one that is not frigidaire brand.

Yikes! IpayTooMuchForThis, if the detergent pod is intact at the end of the cycle, this could indicate that the water is not getting to it so it will dissolve. Please check that dishware is not extending over the square area in the middle of the lower rack and so preventing the arm from telescoping up to spray into the upper rack. Confirm that the spray arm is free to rotate and that the waterways are not clogged. If they are clogged, perhaps a pipe cleaner could help to clean them. It is great that you are running the water till it is hot before starting a cycle, please check at the water heater that the temperature is set at 120°F for the most efficient cleaning and drying. Uh oh, marc_ram! I hate to hear that you were having trouble with your dishwasher. Our records indicate the insulation was removed during installation, which caused a problem with the dishwasher. The dishwasher was repaired on 8/22, and it was reported that it was working after the repair was completed. ~ Brandi

Sparkling!!

Came with my house at closing and fell in love! Doshes are spotless when they come out and love having my own commercial at home lol sparkling clean dishes!! First time owning a dishwasher and I wouldn't trade it for any other one.
